Please note that you can download this application before contacting us, but do not attempt to use it without first having someone ready at Split Rock.
When you are directed to start the application, simply double-click application that you have downloaded. After it has started, you simply need to double-click on the person's name who is assisting you. This will automatically connect them to your computer.
You can disconnect from splitrockIT at any time by right-clicking the splitrockIT icon in your task tray and choosing "Close".
