| Network Documentation and Reporting | Electronic documentation of all hardware, user profiles, network information, vendors, and any other important information needed. Reporting will take place quarterly unless otherwise requested. This is included in all our plans. |
| Vendor Liaison | We will act as a liaison for other companies whose software or products you use. They will provide us the ability to make knowledgeable decisions. This in turn will help us make the right decision when it comes to product upgrades and changes. |
| Email Support | We will monitor your email and help you with your email issues. Support is unlimited in our Managed plan and billed at a discounted rate in our Proactive Plan. |
| Anti-Virus/Spyware/Malware | Our Anti-Virus Software is included in all our plans. Virus Removal is billed in our Proactive Plan at the discounted rate. It is unlimited in our Managed Plan. |
